spiders silky webs will spin
around the zombie tomb.
inside you'll find a skeleton;
outside, a witch's broom.
there's only sight by candlelight
it's quite a creepy scene.
what an eerie night of fright;
this eve is Halloween.

autumn 2008
my brain is so mucky
i feel oh so yucky
want nothing but to go to bed
this quarter's quite rough
it's so packed with stuff
sometimes i'd just rather be dead

scheduling woes
I really haven't had much on my mind for the last five or six days other than class registration. Such a dry subject matter did not warrant the need for complaining through the use of stanzas and the like. Not much progress has been made: I still do not have an appropriately assigned scheduling window. Theoretically I should have done so at 2pm yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon, but paperwork apparently takes a bit. Also, any other thoughts have been regarding the current quarter and how boring it continues to be, an I believe that I have sufficiently covered that area.
Anyway:
I want some good food
Chinese is the mood
I guess I'll go get some fried rice
I'm down on my knees
Wishing you used peas
perhaps I will not return thrice

a student's tale
I long for it, the summer of last year,
the post-High freedom and new life it brought.
As our terms pass, one really should not fear
but come with haste the season next will not.
The routine schedule of my play and work,
the lack of worry in each day's new light.
But now in darkness stress and fatigue lurk
and thus each imposed challenge I must fight.
The liberation granted us each May,
the tease it is, it shields from us the truth.
Our future lives will seldom have a day
of pleasant, care-free attitudes of youth.
To overcome each man's misfortunes had
endure we must, and do so patience-clad.
the post-High freedom and new life it brought.
As our terms pass, one really should not fear
but come with haste the season next will not.

insomnia, not really
I stay up forever
and just do whatever,
No thanks to this song in my head.
I don't do my work,
I act like a jerk,
I guess I will not go to bed.
It's marvelously off-key,
let's just make more coffee.
This sucks.
